After a number of years in the recruitment space, specialising in Construction, Jay decided it was time to set up his own company . His vast industry knowledge and network has been fundamental to the success of Pinpoint in its first year of business.

Having spent many years in the recruitment industry Tommy joined in 2020. He has worked both as a full-time resourcer and salesperson. Now he heads up the sales for the Thames Valley area.

RESOURCING MANAGER
Liane joined to become our resourcing Manager in 2019. She heads up our resourcing, including placement of candidates. She has a resourcing background, having spent 3 years working in recruitment, focusing on resourcing.

Jordan joined the team in 2025 on a part-time basis, and she helps with our resourcing, including the placement of candidates. She has a rich background in administration support and is a great member of the team.

Bek is part of the family, he is passionate about recruitment and making sure we represent both the customer and our workers, putting communication and dedication at the heart of his work ethic.
